“The room was immaculate. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast gets busy in a small space but everyone was friendly and polite. The food was good and the atmosphere relaxing.”

“Historic hotel, renovated but air conditioning way too noisy and room (like ours) on the highway have permanent noise (windows do not have double glazing). Service is welcoming.”

“We frequent this resort. The Riverview and spacious pool and courtyard are breathtaking and relaxing. The staff is excellent and the rooms are always clean and very comfortable. Our only requests would be outside maintenance needs some updating probably due to storm damage. And a microwave in the rooms as a added amenity would be nice.”

“They really did not have a breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, And waffles really dont do it for me. If you are going to say you serve breakfast you got to do better than that. What you have is self-serve for an adolescent.”

“They are liars. The website states it is a 15-minute drive to the beach, but in reality, it takes 33 minutes. The site claims the pool is open, but it is actually closed. At the front desk, they said no money would be charged to our bank account, yet they charged it anyway—what kind of deception is this? You are a reputable company and shouldn't work with such dishonest people; they give you a bad name and tarnish your company's good reputation.”
